It's A Wonderful Life Blu-ray

SKU ID #351091
This holiday classic comes to you courtesy of icons Frank Capra and Jimmy Stewart, and is as poignant as it is uplifting. In "It's a Wonderful Life" (1946), angel Henry Travers is sent to save a good but down-on-his luck small town banker, played by Stewart, from ending his life. To do this, Travers escorts the banker through his beloved town, showing him how much worse off the world and his loved ones would be if he'd never been born. Donna Reed and Lionel Barrymore also star in the optimistic seasonal favorite about love, perspective and belief, presented here in a special 2-disc edition.

    Comments about this product:

The clarity of the print on Blu-ray on a high def TV is amazing! Both the B&W AND color versions! In fact I usually don't like colorized versions of "classic" movies...but even that is rendered wonderfully in this edition. I feel like I'm watching a lost "Technicolor" print of the film!
