Make your child a star with Arthur®! Your child is going to love starring in a personalized VHS video with Arthur®

“ARTHUR’S NEW FRIEND ®” Personalized Arthur Home Video Your child is Arthur’s co-star in the first ever personalized Arthur home video! Your child stars throughout as he and all his friends plan a very special party for Arthur’s new pen pal.

Your child and Arthur will journey through space, fly a kite, and play games together. Arthur says your child’s name again and again during the entire video. Approximate running time: 18 minutes.

You will need either a photo to mail in, or a digital image that you can send over the Internet. The name of the child to be featured in the video. Click on the "Order Now" Button. Follow the instructions. On the last page, page 4, there will be a button titled "Upload Kids Image" near the top of the page. This will link you to a page that allows you to enter the "Star's" name and digital image, as well as other pertinent information

• The child is looking straight at the camera.
• The child's face is well-focused.
• The child's face is not obstructed by any object.
• The child is not wearing a hat or bow.
• Please do not cut out or mark the photos.
• We do not recommend Black-and-White photos.

• No Polaroid photographs, please.
• Write the child's name, your phone number, and the order/confirmation number on the back of the photo and put it in an envelope.
• The child's face is at least the size of a quarter.
• If there are other people in the photo, make sure to clearly mark who is intended for the personalized product.
• Address the envelope to:

• No smaller than 72 pixels wide by 72 pixels high, but larger is good.
• Entire Image should be 72 dpi or better.
• Use the child's name (last name first) for the file to avoid confusion. (see example below)
• The file extension must be ".jpg".
  Example: "smith_tommy.jpg"
• Photo at right is for comparison, it shows the minimum size.

You may only upload one photo per order. If for any reason you need to send an additional digital image, email it as an attachment, be sure to include your child's name, your phone number, and the order/confirmation number to photos@DigiKidz.com.

Please allow for about 4 business weeks from the date the completed order is received for delivery of item.

Due to the production process, we are unable to cancel (or accept cancellations on) personalized items once the images and personal information has been submitted.
