(1.) PRODUCT SALES & DELIVERY:

Items "IN STOCK" purchased by credit card and at the time of order will be automatically processed for your convenience and charged to your credit card account immediately. Your order will process and ship within 24-72 hours from our warehouse and cannot be canceled due to automatic processing. Express Shipping is 3Day UPS. Express shipping is calculated from the next business day, once your order has been shipped from our warehouse and will be shipped 3Day UPS. UPS Ground time in transit delivery is normally 6-10 business days. Shipping is not calculated from the date ordered, it is calculated from the date it leaves our warehouse.

(1a.) EXCEPTION - ACH PAYMENTS (Payment By Check Via The Web):

For your convenience all orders with payments made by the ACH Check System will be processed once the funds have cleared our bank. Payments normally take 5 to 8 business days to process through the ACH Check System. Once the funds clear our bank, your order will be processed as stated in (1.) PRODUCT SALES & DELIVERY.

(1b.) EXCEPTION - PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS:

Personalized video's, please add 3 to 4 weeks for delivery due to customization. Personalized books, please add 4 to 6 weeks for delivery due to customization. Also, personalized video's require additional information and digital images to be upload at the time of purchase to our partner Kideo.com / PixFusion. In the event you are unable or unsuccessful to supply additional information at the time of purchase, please contact Customer Service at PixFusion at 877-777-6688 for further instructions.

NOTICE: Shipping is not calculated from the date ordered, it calculated from the date it leaves our warehouse. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays nor Sundays.

(2.) CANCELED ORDERS:

Orders can be canceled by emailing Customer Service at Cancel@AsSeenOnTV.com only prior to payment processing. Orders that are being packaged for shipping, can not be canceled. You must include order confirmation number.

Cancellations are not accepted via telephone.

(3.) BACK-ORDERS:

If your order cannot be shipped you will be notified automatically via e-mail about your status.

(4.) 30 DAY GUARANTEE, EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

(4a.) PERSONALIZED and NON-PERSONALIZED VIDEO's, CD's, DVD's, VIDEOs, & PRINTED MATERIALS:

Personalized Videos, CD's, DVD's, Video's and Printed Materials may only be exchanged in the event of a manufacturer defect. (No VHS Videos CD's and DVD's and Printed Material returns will be allowed.)

(4b.) CONSUMABLES:

Consumable products (like dietary supplements, hair removal cream, lipsticks or any other product that can be used up) are not returnable once they have been opened.
(No Returns will be allowed)

(4c.) GASOLINE POWERED ITEMS:

All Gasoline powered products, Gas Scooters, Pocket Bikes, Mini Rockets, and Mini Choppers - We are unable to accept returns on this product because federal regulations prohibit transport of vehicles that have been fueled. All gasoline powered products do have a 30 day parts warranty against manufactures defects only. Warranty will be void, if vehicle is not used as design, taken off-road, used in competition, commercial use or rented.

Special Notice: RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION #

All returns are for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns/Exchanges may be refused if the merchandise doesn't meet the conditions required for Returns/Exchanges. In the event a Return or Exchange is refused, the merchandise will be returned and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge. Return shipments are made at your own expense unless authorized in writing by our Customer Service Department.

NOTICE: If you have an email SPAM BLOCKER you may not receive your Return Authorization Number. You may need to disable your Spam Blocker temporally.

(5.) TERMS & CONDITION:

Purchaser agrees to at the time of purchase to the terms and condition of our Purchase Policy. The Purchase Policy is subject to change at anytime. When a purchase is made using a credit card, the card holder authorizes the Company to process their order. In the event of a back order the card holder further authorizes the company to obtain a new authorization to complete the order as long as the order is not canceled in accordance with the Company's cancellation policy.

(6.) PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS:

All personal care product returns are for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Personal care returns are subject up to a 50% return fee.

(7.) REFUSED DELIVERY:

Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, a credit memo will be issued to our accounting department to issue a credit for the original purchase price less the shipping and handling charge.

(8.) PRICING & AVAILABILITY:

All pricing and product availability are subject to change. Shipping discounts do not apply to BONUS ITEMS and or EXPRESS SHIPPING. We will honor any valid order and including wrong product pricing as long as you have a valid order from our ordering system. Products if sold out, may be SUBSTITUTED for the SAME LIKE KIND, and QUALITY at any time.
