Academy Award-winner Jason Robards stars in this faith-renewing holiday tale about the healing power of a family's love. Set in Nebraska of the 1940s, it tells the story of Robards' dour single parent, still embittered by the death of his beloved wife years after her passing. Robards' decree against celebrating the holiday is put to the test when his precocious 10-year-old daughter wins a Christmas tree in a school contest and it's up to the girl's grandmother, played by Oscar-nominee Mildred Natwick, to bring peace to the fractured family.

A wonderful Christmas story, family oriented, wish you also carried its predecessor - "the Holiday Treasure" starring Jason Robards and Mildred Natwick.
